Eisteddfod

Children from both the Foundation Phase and KS2 have the opportunity to sing solos and play musical instruments as part of the Llandrindod Wells Eisteddfod every October. Those children who are members of the Urdd also have the opportunity to sing and play musical instruments in local, regional and national competitions. Trefonnen pupils have made it through to the national level in singing, instrumental playing and swimming. In 2013 we held our first school Eisteddfod, every pupil participated and it was a great success. This has now become an annual event.
